How happy am I this morning? Got to LGA and found out that the 8:30am flights does not exist on holidays (its presidents day) and I’m left wondering how was I able to even buy the tix in the first place?
What a joke, the joys of business travel. I’m on the 9:30 flight now. This is so dumb. And the system wonders how this kind of travel is inconvenient to the customer.

Dude, didn’t you make a reservation?  Or did you just show up expecting the flight to be there?

Reservation. Went to expedia and had it. The excuse I got at the airport was that expedia and delta didnt coordinate their systems. This is also said that on holidays their flight schedule changes. Fully knowing this they dont even coordinate this with ticketing companies.

But ya...I made it. 930am flight

Ha my gf had the same the same thing happen to her but for a different holiday

They were cool and made it up to her.

Lesson learned! Hope you weren’t working too hard on Presidents day.
