Worked for America West Airlines from 1986 to 1997.  Held several different positions there: ramp agent, gate agent, flight attendant, chairman of the flight attendant panel, gate supervisor in Phoenix and Honolulu, inflight supervisor.

Since then, moved to outside the industry and flew more than when I did when I worked for the airline.  Now a Chairman’s member of US Airways frequent flyer program Dividend Miles as well as a frequent flyer with many other airlines including American and Southwest. For the last few years, I have flown over 100,000 miles a year.

Belong to the US Airways Club and use that service often.  Frequent user of American Airlines’ Admirals Club.

With this background I’ve seen both sides of the airlines and airports.  Let’s talk about it.
